By creating an account, registering as a supplier, submitting company information, or accessing the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Spacioply LLC.

If registering on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Spacioply provides AI-assisted analytical insights, supplier intelligence tools, and strategic evaluation frameworks for informational and professional purposes.

The platform does not provide legal, financial, investment, procurement, or certification advice. All decisions made using Spacioply insights remain solely the responsibility of the user.

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse, manipulate, or attempt to exploit the system

All content, software, analytical frameworks, scoring methodologies, evaluation models, data structures, taxonomies, algorithms, visualizations, reports, platform architecture, and related materials made available through Spacioply (collectively, the “Platform Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Spacioply LLC, unless otherwise stated.

This includes, without limitation:

• Proprietary capability maturity frameworks and scoring models
• Structured evaluation methodologies and benchmarking systems
• AI-assisted analytical prompting architectures and aggregation logic
• Data normalization, ranking, and comparative assessment systems
• Platform taxonomy structures and capability classification frameworks

The methodologies and analytical structures underlying the Platform are proprietary trade secrets of Spacioply LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for lawful business purposes only.

Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, extract, decompile, republish, redistribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise attempt to replicate the Platform’s underlying analytical frameworks, methodologies, or technical architecture without prior written consent from Spacioply LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership rights in the Platform Materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Spacioply LLC.

Users retain ownership of data they submit. By submitting data, users grant Spacioply LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, structure, model, display, reproduce, and publish such data in connection with platform services, analytics tools, scoring systems, dashboards, and related outputs.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytical, benchmarking, research, and platform improvement purposes.

Spacioply LLC reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, restrict, or remove any user account or supplier profile at its sole discretion.

Spacioply is not obligated to maintain or store submitted content indefinitely.

Spacioply does not guarantee procurement opportunities, business contracts, revenue generation, visibility ranking, or commercial success.

Suppliers and users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws, trade regulations, and sanctions requirements in their respective jurisdictions.

Spacioply does not assume responsibility for regulatory compliance of listed entities.

Certain features of the platform require paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacioply LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the platform.

Users assume full responsibility for procurement, supplier selection, investment, or strategic decisions based on platform insights.

In no event shall Spacioply LLC’s total liability exceed the total fees paid by the user to Spacioply within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Users retain ownership of data they submit. By submitting data, users grant Spacioply LLC a limited license to process, analyze, and display such data within the platform.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for analytical and platform improvement purposes.

Spacioply LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to UAE jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
