Sara Ghoneim
Founder & Principal
Sara Ghoneim is an aerospace and industrial capability professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning aerospace program execution, industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, supplier development, and global supply chain strategy.
Her career includes leadership and program roles with Boeing in Canada and the Middle East, where she worked across aerospace manufacturing, industrial performance, supplier readiness, localization, and regional supply chain strategy.
Her wider experience includes supporting international aerospace programs, supplier performance transformation, industrial capability assessments, advanced manufacturing initiatives, and strategic ecosystem development.
Through this experience, she identified a structural gap in how global industrial capabilities are discovered, evaluated, benchmarked, and strategically aligned with aerospace and space-sector requirements.
Spacioply was created from this foundation, combining aerospace industry experience, industrial systems thinking, structured capability intelligence, and AI-assisted analytics to bring greater transparency and strategic clarity to the global space and aerospace ecosystem.
